Riverside Woods is a community in Dublin, Ohio, consisting of 52 homes nestled in a wooded area with a tranquil pond. Committed to being a beautiful and safe place to call home, Riverside Woods is located within the renowned Dublin School District. The community is connected by a scenic bike path to Bridge Park, offering a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Residents also enjoy easy access to numerous parks and recreational areas.


Riverside Woods Homeowners Association
The main objective of Riverside Woods Homeowners Association is to preserve the community's aesthetic and financial value. This is accomplished through regular maintenance of the association's landscape and structures, as well as through strategic investments in capital improvements.
Board of Directors
The Riverside Woods Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors consists of five volunteer members. The Directors communicate frequently for ongoing management of community operations and meet to discuss and address community issues. Additionally, open annual meetings for all homeowners are held each spring.

Environmental Committee
The Environmental Committee is responsible for reviewing Exterior Modification requests. They also serve as the Board's advisory panel, ensuring that the neighborhood's aesthetics align with the Declaration of Covenants and Code of Regulations.

Annual Meeting and Dues
The Association bills annual dues in February for each calendar year, with payment due on April 1st. These dues are based on an operating and capital budget which the Board of Directors approves by the end of January of each year.
